We have learned that there are over 2,500 applications for Calor Gas.

This has inspired us to have some fun on Facebook. Entries grow for the Great Skipton Santa Fun Run on 1st December!

There are more than twice the number of entries for the Great Skipton Santa Fun Run on 1st December 2013 than at this stage last year. This is great news for the local charities who will benefit.

Gary Gott, a member of Towler & Staines staff who helped on the tea and coffee stall last year was so impressed that he has entered this year!

 Towler & Staines Ltd. the local Calor Gas Dealer have entry forms for collection at their shops in Keighley and Bradford. On the day the company will provide and operate the tea and coffee tent for participants using Calor Gas powered tea urns.

New Living Flame Mobile Heater added to range.

For many years there have been only three Living Flame Mobile Calor Gas powered heaters available, namely The Provence , The Manhattan and the Thurcroft. All these heaters are in cast aluminium or iron construction, and are all priced above £220.                                                       

Now Towler & Staines are pleased to announce the arrival of the Lifestyle Living Flame Portable LPG Cabinet Heater. It has a pressed steel body but with an excellent lifelike flame picture. The price is very attractive too, at just £139.99.

The Lifestyle Living Flame has two heat settings with a top output of 3.5kW. On full heat it has a burn time of approximately 50 hours on a 15kg Calor Gas cylinder. The fire has piezo ignition, long lasting blue flame burners, and an Oxygen Depletion System and Flame Failure valve for maximum safety. It has reinforced castors for ease of movement.

The dimensions are: Height 700mm x Width 400mm x Depth 290mm.
