How is the Heat Cube better than most electric heaters?

The new Calor Heat Cube portable gas heater in stock at Towler & Staines boasts lower running costs than most electric heaters and instant heat fully controllable and quicker than most electric portable heaters. How can these claims be justified?

The answers are that running costs for the Heat Cube are lower when compared with standard rate electricity at 15.21 pence per kWh as at September 2015. The source is Sutherlands Tables September 2015.

The speed of room heating comparison is based on laboratory testing conducted by the British Standards Institute in August 2015 of the Calor Heat Cube when compared with oil filled radiators and convector heaters based on heating to 21 degrees Celsius and allowing for adequate ventilation for the Calor Heat Cube.

This contemporary heater has unique "easy click" bottle connection, using the Cube Gas bottle. It provides instant and fully controllable heat, and is quicker to heat than most electric heaters, whilst maintaining lower running costs.

The portability and ease of use of the Heat Cube makes it the perfect addition to your home during the cooler months. With it's "easy click" bottle connection you simply slide the Cube Gas bottle into position, press the top button to hear a "click" and then switch it on. When you need a new bottle you simply slide the Cube Gas bottle back out of the heater. The slide castors make it effortlessly portable so you can enjoy instant warmth from the heater where you need it.

The heater is in a sleek black and silver finish and boasts a range of great features. It has lower running costs compared with electric heaters and gives instant fully controllable heat quicker than most electric heaters.
