Cadac barbecues are versatile. Towler & Staines have some examples.

Recently some members of staff at Towler & Staines the Calor Gas Principal Dealer in Keighley and Bradford attended a session with a professional chef to learn about cooking with a Cadac barbecue. Cadac are famous for their portable barbecues but they are now also promoting their large wagon style patio barbecues as well.

The session was great fun and the food produced showed the great versatility of a modern LPG powered barbecue. There were burgers (you can cook 28 on a Cadac Entertainer), Roast Lamb and vegetables, pizza, barbecued fruit pieces and chick pea dhal.

The main messages from the evening were that food cooks best with the barbecue lid down, and that Cadac have an excellent range of barbecues with accessories which enable you to cook a large variety of foods. These accessories include: pizza stone, paella pan, reversible ribbed flat plate, barbecue top , chef pan, roast pan, skottel top and a pot stand which offers true versatility for all the styles of cooking one needs.
