Great news for Fork Lift Truck operators.

Towler & Staines the Calor Gas Principal Dealer in Bradford and Keighley supply Calor Automotive Propane for Fork Lift Trucks.

Calor innovation has recently improved the performance of their Automotive Gas in cylinders .
Magnatract Technology eliminates the risk of metal particles blocking the cylinder valve and the forklift truck's fuel injection system. Plastic Memory Dip Tubes have been introduced for flexibility which means they are not prone to fracture as steel dip tubes sometimes are. Automatic Excess Flow-Valves are fitted so that if the hose splits the cylinder will shut down immediately and safely.
These three features prevent expensive and frustrating down time.

Calor Automotive Gas for Fork Lift Trucks has a number benefits versus diesel. LPG is environmentally friendly emitting fewer particulates and is lead and soot free. This reduces carbon emissions and is healthier for the workforce. LPG gives greater fuel security eliminating diesel theft, and can be used in most environments owing to low emissions. If spilled LPG vaporises ensuring there is no contamination of land or watercourse.

Calor Automotive's benefits over electric fork lift trucks are reduced downtime, lower up-front costs and powerful performance both indoors and outdoors regardless of low temperatures with no drop in output.

The Great Skipton Santa Fun Run has a changed start and finish this year.

The Great Skipton Santa Fun Run will be at 11am on Sunday 25th November 2018. The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Skipton Craven and in recent years has raised in excess of £30,000.00 for charity. Many runners raise money for their own good causes whilst others are happy to help raise money for the charities nominated by the Rotary Club. So far over 900 entries have been received and there were over 1800 runners last year!

Towler & Staines the Calor Gas Principal Dealer has supported the event since it started by storing the Santa suits and providing tea and coffee for runners and spectators in Aireville Park.

This year the start and finish will not be in Aireville Park but on Skipton Main Street.
After the event has finished there will be some free time before the Mayor switches on the Christmas lights.
