The Great Skipton Santa Fun Run has a changed start and finish this year.

The Great Skipton Santa Fun Run will be at 11am on Sunday 25th November 2018. The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Skipton Craven and in recent years has raised in excess of £30,000.00 for charity. Many runners raise money for their own good causes whilst others are happy to help raise money for the charities nominated by the Rotary Club. So far over 900 entries have been received and there were over 1800 runners last year!

Towler & Staines the Calor Gas Principal Dealer has supported the event since it started by storing the Santa suits and providing tea and coffee for runners and spectators in Aireville Park.

This year the start and finish will not be in Aireville Park but on Skipton Main Street.
After the event has finished there will be some free time before the Mayor switches on the Christmas lights.

If you have the Christmas spirit to join in the fun please follow the link below:

Prepare for winter now!

The evenings are drawing in and the forecast for next weekend is for much cooler weather so it is time to think about keeping warm. Towler & Staines the Calor Gas Principal Dealer in Bradford and Keighley stock eleven

different cabinet heater models to choose from. Prices range from £74.00 for the Lifestyle Seasons Warmth Heater (available in red or black) to £259.99 for the Provence Living Flame heaters (available in five different colours). There is another flame effect heater with a modern style: the Manhattan at £198.50. All these heaters are powered by a Calor Gas 15kg or 12kg cylinder.

The Lifestyle Heat Force Mini Cabinet Heater which runs off a smaller 7kg Calor Gas cylinder with 3 heat settings is now back in stock. It is available in red or black and is priced at £80.

If you already own a mobile cabinet heater which has seen better days Towler & Staines will give you £10 pounds off your new heater for a trade in!
