The Great Skipton Santa Fun Run and Walk on Sunday 27th November 2016

The count down has begun for the Great Skipton Santa Fun Run & Walk. The event will take place on Sunday 27th November 2016. Last year there were over 1600 entrants and over £30,000 was raised for charity. As always, it is organized by Skipton Craven Rotary Club. Towler & Staines the Calor Gas Principal Dealer in Keighley and Bradford will be providing free coffee/tea and refreshments for all finishers.

The charities to be supported this year are Manorlands Hospice,Yorkshire Cancer Research, Children's Heart Surgery Fund (Leeds LGI) and Rotary Charities.

People of all ages (over 6 years) and ability can take part in this 5km circular route around Skipton. Run, jog or walk - all are welcome. The event objectives are to enable participants to have fun whilst contributing to charities and good causes.

The entry donation is £12 for adults and £8 for children 6-15 years. On entry you receive a FREE Santa Suit and a commemorative medal on completion of the event.
