The retail experience.

Recently I experienced a bad retail experience with a national electrical outlet when I purchased a Smart TV set. It took 5 visits over a two week period to have things working correctly. My daughter had a bad experience when purchasing furniture from a national children's products retailer. This led me to review the service we give at my own company: Towler & Staines the LPG Specialists and Principal Calor Gas Dealer in Keighley and Bradford. Fortunately, I was most encouraged by what I found.

The main thing is that our staff know a great deal about LPG (Calor Gas), LPG Appliances and Industrial Gases (Air Products) because of their many years of experience. The average service for our staff is an amazing 20 years. Two members of staff have been at Towler & Staines for over 30 years and they have shared their knowledge and experience with all the other staff.

The Towler & Staines journey has involved a rapid change in technology, product development and legislation.To ensure maximum benefit to our customers our managers attend all relevant industry exhibitions and seminars often finding new and improved products to offer.

All our delivery drivers have certification in manual handling, fork lift truck operation, ADR (licence for carriage of hazardous goods), CPC (driver training and hours limitation) as well as product safety courses from Calor Gas and Air Products.We really do have the experience to help you in this complicated industry.

We have also received a number of emails and letters of thanks for our friendly and efficient service.
