Carbon Dioxide 100% giving large bubble size, lively flow, crisp mouthfeel suitable for lagers, IPA’s, pilsners, American sours and soft drinks.

30/70 (Carbon Dioxide 30 %. Nitrogen 70%) giving small bubble size, cascading flow, velvet mouthfeel suitable for rich and creamy stouts, bitters and traditional ales.

60/40 (Carbon Dioxide 60% Nitrogen 40%) giving medium bubble size, dynamic flow, balanced mouthfeel suitable for easy drinking lagers, ambers, ciders and sessions.

One full cylinder of Hobbybrew has the capacity to dispense up to 1100 pints (just over 12x11 gallon kegs) costing as little as 3p per pint.

These gases are professional food grade, filled and blended in a Quality Assured gas production site.
