The Cadac Carri Chef 2 is the most versatile portable barbecue on the market. It is easy to build, use, clean and stow away. The powerful round stainless steel burner is piezo ignited and provides finely adjusted temperature control

Take the lid off for grilling, put the lid on for indirect oven type cooking. The dome lid has a sensitive temperature gauge which allows you to oven roast, smoke meats, steam or bake with absolute confidence.

The modular system on this barbecue gives you a barbecue top, a grill and griddle, a skottel top, a roast pan, a paella pan and a pot stand. • The average number of barbecues held per family during the summer has risen sharply from around 2.5 10 years ago to over 9 now,
