The Cadac Carri Chef 2 is the most versatile portable barbecue on the market. It is easy to build, use, clean and stow away. The powerful round stainless steel burner is piezo ignited and provides finely adjusted temperature control

Take the lid off for grilling, put the lid on for indirect oven type cooking. The dome lid has a sensitive temperature gauge which allows you to oven roast, smoke meats, steam or bake with absolute confidence.

The modular system on this barbecue gives you a barbecue top, a grill and griddle, a skottel top, a roast pan, a paella pan and a pot stand. Pizza stones at 25 and 33cm are available as accessories, as are 36 and 47cm paella pans. The Cadac Carri Chef 2 includes a carry bag for easy transportation and storage. The whole package weighs just 12kg.

Another useful accessory is the tapas/egg pan set which includes 4 ramikin size pans with non stick lining for cooking side dishes and eggs on your barbecue.
